Me parece súper bonito que el bocata típico de Madrid sean calamares preparados a la romana. Define muy bien eso de que Madrid es de todas partes.

Por mi experiencia su sabor es inversamente proporcional a su fama. Huyo de calamares de Plaza Mayor y de Atocha.

Si te los haces congelados en casa son mejores. Cuanto más de “guiri” es el sitio, peor :rofl::rofl:

Hay muchos sitios que ya te lo dicen ellos, que es de pota, o potera, o poton, lo que les salga más barato. De sabor, no están mal del todo pero la textura dí que se nota. De todas formas, el secreto paraque el calamar y sobre todo los otros, queden tierbos, es congelarlo y descongelarlo. Se rompe un poco la fibra y queda más tierno.

A mi, hace años, me gistaban los de La Campana y La Ideal, *detrás de *la Plaza Mayor. En la propia plaza mayor, no recuerdo haberlos comido buenos. Otras raciones si, algunas MUY buenas, pero el bocata de calamares, no mucho.

Como apunte, algo personal, es que para acompañar de beber, como mejor estan es con sidra. El vino no le va, el vermú tampoco, y la cerveza llena demasiado con tanto pan. Una sidrita, o dos, no van nada mal.

No estoy de acuerdo. En la calle Botoneras, a pesar de lo turísticos que son los bares, se comen unos bocatas de calamares bastante buenos.

Es que es vergonzoso. Llevamos años aguantando que toda esta caterva de la “nueva política” nos intente vender sus chanchullos personales (marcas de ropa, crowdfundings, canales, podcasts, mascarillas promocionadas, libros, ONG’s, etc…) y no pasa nada.

Pero si sale Ayuso dando apoyo en Twitter a un negocio tradicional de Madrid como Casa Dani, es propaganda, publicidad y bla bla bla bla bla.

Que no nos tomen el pelo.
